We want you to be fully satisfied with your Supernote experience; if our digital paper doesn't meet your needs, you can return your device within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for processing.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team through the official portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Device
Perform a factory reset to wipe your personal data and securely pack the Supernote, stylus, and folio into the original gift box and shipping carton.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the device's condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
